Research Interests:

* Production and characterization of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies against

Fasciola gigantica and other parasites by using hybridoma technology.

* Development of techniques for immunodiagnosis of fasciolosis, paramphistomosis, blood parasite infections by detection of circulating antigen by means of sandwich ELISA and immunochromatographic (IC) test.

* Antigenic profile of Fasciola gigantica, Paramphistomum cervi, and other parasites by using SDS-PAGE, immunoblotting, ion-exchange, gel filtration and affinity chromatography.

* Development of Thai plant extract against liver and rumen flukes for treatment of fasciolosis, paramphistomosis, blood parasite infections in ruminants.

* Immunolocalization of parasite antigens in the various tissues of Fasciola gigantica and other parasites by means of indirect immunofluorescence, immunoperoxidase and immunogold techniques.

* Histology, surface topography and ultrastructure of systematic structures in Paramphistomum cervi and other parasites by using scanning and transmission electron microscopy
